Sleep is still a hot topic when it comes to discussions around recovery with elite athletes. But with a growing body of research and a lot of talk around its importance, I still think there is a confusion of how to action a lot of it in the real world. But this is where Luke comes in as he works alongside multiple disciplines (S&C, sports science, psychology, etc) and with a large diverse group of players.
